I felt nothing when I sold my 1969 Marshall JTM45 head so I could get a distortion pedal. I feel it now though, even dreamed I still had it a while ago, stupidest fucking thing I've ever done.

WTF is that?
Picture responses that aren't obvious remind me of my DJ friend who thinks just because I've been on beatport he can start rifling off obscure artists like I hang out with all of them on weekends.
"The new Snagel von Flusceen is pretty sick, Huh?"
That is probably the funniest post I have seen on this forum! Suppose I find it hard to beleive that anyone using Live would not know who Aphex is.

before I saw that picture if that dude bought me a beer I wouldn't have had a clue who he was. even after seeing that picture if he had a hat on or something I probably wouldn't know either.

I would really like to go to a pc. I'm sick of Apple's attitude towards users using older OSX products. Microsoft just stopped supporting windows 3.1 a few years ago. In comparison, Apple only supports leopard and snow leopard and has discontinued support for tiger. The only thing that keeps me on the mac at the moment is Logic. But who knows, maybe I'll just go all the way over to Live if they vastly improve midi editing.
Oh yea, Matthew Dear always uses a PC. Well, at least every time I've seen him play.
A composer is a guy who goes around forcing his will on unsuspecting air molecules, often with the assistance of unsuspecting musicians. - Frank Zappa

I never heard of Kraftwerk until 2008, and I still have never listened one of their tunes

ok, now we have seen some PROs who do NOT use a Mac on stage, can we now make the opposite, that is, listing PROs who use a Mac on stage?
lolz, kidding, I also tend to dislike those VS threads, even when they are like this one, a bit "hypocritical"... but as I'm a fuckin mac fanboy... I never resist to feeding the trolls..

That's not something to be proud of.
Personally I think it's important to have at least a basic understanding of the history of modern music.
