render to disk --getting mp3 file

hey
so i recorded a set and im trying to render to disk but i wanna get mp3 file and not a wave
?

Hi, Live currently doesn't support exporting as mp3. You need to use some other program to convert your wav to mp3 e.g. iTunes.

Live makes an uncompressed version of your mp3 that it works with. Check chapter 5.2 in the Live 8 manual.
