Stuttering Audio when complex warping

Hi,

First post, and im hoping someone can help. im running live 8 on a brand new imac with 4 gig of ram. yet if i warp 2 tracks using complex mode. the audio stutters really badly and is basically unusable. i used to have live 7 on a macbook and never had this issue. only got the imac cause needed more screen !

if anyone can help solve this id be extremely grateful

Hi, just to clarify, do you think the stuttering audio comes from a CPU/RAM/HD type problem e.g. your buffer being too small - or do you think that it's "just" artifacts of the warping process itself on the track (e.g. trying to playback at a very different BPM)?

I tip my hat to you 80. I was running into the same issue whilst importing a voiceover track for my current project. Fortunately I found your post and subsequently did a facepalm when I realized the obvious.
