Newbie & Totally Clueless To Fix Axiom 49 with Ableton, Help

Hi all,

I have the older Axiom 49 not the Pro and I am wondering how I can get Ableton to work with it on my Vista 64bit computer? I am having a bit of a challenge since my actual cd softwares for both are outdated (bought during XP time). I understood that Ableton 5 which came with Axiom is not compatiable with Vista, therefore I upgraded to 7 but I don't know where to download 7 from as well as use it with my Axiom 49. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Get the free Live Lite 7 ugrade here
This should work on Vista x64. Install the livepack for Axiom, follow instructions.

Thanks Toyz but in my account I already have 7 and the serial is registered as well. However, In order to load it onto the computer I need the download of the program which I can not find. It says I have Live Lite 7 M-Audio Edition but I don't know where to actually download it? I see that the updates are avail but not the actual program.

Find the update here, make sure you are logged into your account. It is the 6th download, the 4th in the Version 7 category. Choose language/operating system and download the installer. Best of luck...
Edit: I'm not sure if this is the full Live Lite 7 or only the update. Check for installation instructions. I'd give it a try but this system already has the Suite installed and don't wanna mess it up as it's not mine... gotta take care of it or I'll never be able to come again in pilgrimage to this dual Nehalem-Xeon machine, RME gear and all, to pay my respects

Hmm seems its just the update so I am not sure where to get the actual .exe? Can someone confirm if its the full or update, please?

Please try and bother the guys at the support center with a detailed description of your problem. Read this first and then write to them.
