I also don't want ableton to focus primarily on workflow enhancements for Live, dual screen, session view automation, loop recording in session view that automaticly lets you drag out layers or explode a clips layers no no certainly don't want that!!!!!!!!!!

I don't want it to be stable ever. In 7 I would find myself working on a track for days or weeks at a time often finding the song really wasn't going anywhere. 8's crash frequently function combined with the third party plug-in beach ball extended hang time (Mac only) really helped me to get out of that rut. There's something really inspiring about having to start from scratch 3 or 4 times a day.

Also I don't think there should be anything in the GUI that resembles a fader or a knob, just clutters up the otherwise elegant interface. Just boxes with numerical vales should be the standard.

I don't want any drums. none.

Drums have been ruining music for decades with their noisy clanking and bashing.

Flute only FTW!

a 'James Last' plug-in...

Yeah!! Smash your cymbals!!! (although you can choose to refrain as this is inevitably noisy and couldbe construed as 'music')

Silence is the new noise!

dbs are the enemy!

Yeah - I'm going to develop a special 24bit, 4x oversampling analog-modeled silence plugin. For that irresistible vintage lack of sound.

I understand Word Processing features will be possible via M4L, so we most certainly won't be seeing it in Live itself.

I don't want an autotune plug in. sidechaining was enough already.
