Real Time Pitch Shifter

Hi,
what VST would you suggest for real time picth shifting?
The grain delay one is not working good to me, as it is very noisy and confusing.

What is it you are trying to pitch shift (Audio / Midi) and is it something done while performing or is it something you want done via automation to a recorded signal?
