Just because they didn't respond doesn't mean they are rude, it most likely means they were overwhelmed by all the people that requested to beta test. They are under no obligation to respond to anyone unless you fit their criteria. (damn I'm so sick of these forums lately)

Waves beta team

Post by Ari » Sun Feb 27, 2005 12:28 pm

Hi to you all,
Ari from Waves again.
Seams as if some of you guys have gotten upset. We have no intension in getting anyone upset with us. The deal is that the MAC beta team is full. I have replied everyone that was a dedicated Mac user if he got into the team or if he hadn't.
The deal with PC users is a bit different. All of you that replied and are PC users are will still get an answer. The PC team didn't start to build up and I promise that everyone will get a reply about this and we will not let anyone hang in the air not knowing what happened with his application.

I apologize that this is taking time.

Best Regards,

Ari Miller

bullshit

you sent me one email saying "do you use pc or mac"
never anything saying either team was full, thanks but no thanks, or anything for that matter.
i could seriously care less though, i didnt have my heart set on taking part in the test, and i sure wont lose any sleep over it.
i do hope that you dont deal with your actual customers in such a lazy manner.
