Authorization shows online but not in File/Folder tab

I have both Live and Max/MSP from before. I have just downloaded the latest beta versions of both Live and Max, and authorized my 8.1 Live online. THe authorizations show online, but Max for Live is not showing up in my File Folder tab. Also when prompted to install the Live run pack, I clicked install but it didn't seem to respond. Any suggestions?

under preferences-> User Account Licenses

click authorize at ableton.com.

I did that. Both the beta version of Live and Max for Live show as being authorized online, but Max for Live doesn't show up as an option in my Live File Folder, so I can't proceed wtih the tutorials. Live is not seeing Max at all.

Does Max for Live show up under authorized for this computer-> Software instruments? If it doesn't I would try it again from the "authorize from ableton" button. Some people on the beginning of the beta had this issue.

No, Max4Live does not show up as a software instrument in "authorized on this computer". I have tried to authorize online several times, and I get the message that I'm already authorized... ??? It seems like the Live Pack didn't install properly and isn't showing up.
