hi,
just installed the new betas (max&live), generally works fine. but i'm missing some m4l lessons:
01-Getting started
02-Buffer Shuffler
03-Loop Shifter
04-Step Sequencer
there is nothing in the folder in live, where can get it?!
would be important to have these lessons otherwise it's much more difficult to orientate oneself in this new galaxy
what can i do?

It might help if you both add information about Live and MAX version you are using and the computer OS you are using to your bug post. I do not have this same problem. I see all m4l lesson files when I install the current beta so there is something incorrect in your particular situations. Good luck! Regards, Jason

Same problem here, same files are missing. I'm on Mac OSX 10.5.8, latest update of both live and max for live.

same problem when i installed beta 7.
i now have the buffler lesson but now the loopshifter lesson. I assumed they were just getting done as they were getting done, not that they were a "bug"

Hi guys,
did I get it right: some of you (Philipp, bpbailey 68) don't see any MfL lesson at all, while others (Jekblad) just see some lessons, but not all? Is this still an issue for all of you with the latest 8.1b8?
@ Jekblad: Which lessons exactly do you see and which not?
@ Philipp & misal: it's correct that you don't see .amxd files in the MaxForLive lessons folders 01 - 04. The three devices used by the basic lessons are already included in the presets folder of the library (find one in each category).

in the help view when it says, "click here for loopshifter lesson"
i get a picture of the loopshifter and the words "some text". the next page says "max for live text". the next page says the word "more" no live set
buffer shuffler has a live set AND text explaining it. the other effect is empty similar to loopshifter.

The LoopShifter lesson and some other parts are still under construction. They will be available by degrees with one of the upcoming betas.
