Asio Driver not working

Post by Durome » Sun Nov 08, 2009 3:24 am

System:
Live 7.0.7
Pc
M-Audio fast track pro
Triggerfinger
Oxygen 49

Ok so everything was working perfectly fine til i installed a live pack or something
now when i select Asio driver>M Audio usb asio
a box pops up which says "The ASIO sample rate is not supported by one of the USB interfaces! Please check your sync settings in the control panel"

whats gone wrong?

how do i fix it?

sound will work with MME/DirectX driver
Have downloaded and installed ASIO4ALL v2
which is able to be selected though no sound will come through

Please help
Thanx

With this kind of messege, you must goto the control panel of asio4all and select your appropriate card. Keep in mind also that if you are not getting any sound, click the wrench and select "always resample...."

Thanks but no, it makes no difference
That error message quoted and pictured is the error message from trying to use the "M-Audio USB ASIO" driver

When i try to use the ASIO4ALL v2 Driver there are no error messages and always resample is already selected, aswell as M-Audio Fast Track Pro selected as the WDM device.
When i use ASIO4ALL v2 Driver the levels go up and down but no sound comes from the sound card but by changing only the driver to MME/DirectX and nothing else then sound will come from the sound card. ?
thankx for looking

;)
