Nice, I like it. But the last 8 minutes are silence.

Boulderdash: just heard the first part. Did you do the voices yourself? This part should get broadcasted immediatly! Great fun. Will there be problems with the Beatles lyrics..?

@ conny,

no, the first part is "Peter Sellers interpretation of 'She Loves You', Dr. Strangelove Version"

Fao - Boulderdash

How do you make the track slow down in a 2many dj's esque stylee, think you do it on the first track? Without losing sync with the track its mixing with?

Thanks..

@ dee cee,

I don't quite understand your question. You have to load all songs into one liveset, set the warp markers according to their original tempo (this is explained many, many times into this forum), slice them up in thematic clips and put them together.

Boulderdash..

I understand the basis of the warp markers etc etc..

This is not my question... at the beginning of the mix you have made, it sounds as if the tempo of the track is changing, you bring in the daft punk track, but when the track starts the tempo is very slow, doing a stuttering type action, it then speeds up and joins the vocal track at the correct time/tempo/pitch... you also do this at around 3m20secs, but the whole mix still seems to stay intact... what function are you using or have u previously edited the track 2 sound like this?

Ah, I see: Just hit the *2-button in the clip-edit, right beneath the WARP-switch.

Boulderdash -

Just out of curiosity, how long have you been using ableton and what do you use? Very impressed by your mix...

Thank you ;),

I tried Live every now and then since V1, when V4 came out I made it my main sequencer.

I use a IBM Thinkpad, RME Multiface and some outboard (Pulse, Micromodular, Mackie 1604), the mix was only made with Live.
