Ableton 8.09 not installing,needs permissions?????

Hi i've tried installing the new update several times, from the setup exe and 'run as administrator' in windows vista but this error message comes up; Windows cannot access the specified device,path,or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
Any ideas???
