recommendation for a midi control

Hey out there,

I'm curious as to what people suggest as a good "all-in-one" midi controller for Ableton. I definitely want to have at least a 25 key keyboard integrated so the novation and akai ableton-specific controllers aren't very interesting to me. The KorgKontrol49 has those nice pads that light up to help with scene launching and so forth which seems like a pretty big plus for me. However, it seems that Kontrol49 isn't being made anymore. Should that concern me for future support?

Ideally, I'd like a unit that has the scene launch pads (which i could use as drum pads) as well as a keyboard; having a built in audio interface, as comes with some of the novation products, would also be pretty great.

So, suggestions?

What's your asking for doesn't exist in one controller. You're best off getting an APC40 and a basic keyboard or a Launchpad and a Novation SL keyboard.

And then you'll still need an audio interface.

hmm, yeah, i wondered if that might not be the case. definitely the audio interface is the lowest priority. do you know if the kontrol49 is the only controller to integrate the "lightup" launch pads?
