Re: how to convert 50 140 bpm loops in 130 bpm loops in LIVE ?
you could try the export audio command,
set each of your loops up on individual tracks in arrangement view (don't press play or it'll likely sound horrible!) set your tempo to 130, then go to file Export Audio. Instead of 'Master' set it to export 'Tracks'. make sure you set export as loop to on. This should output you a batch of re-sampled, looped versions of your files all at the same length and adjusted tempo.
Check the manual for export settings if this doesn't make sense as I am trying to go from memory.

hi hybridjosto!
one thing: is there a chance that the names of the audio files i imported STAY ? otherwise i have to rename all exported files...is there a chance ?
thank you!

don't think so.
but you can try this:
highlight them all (on separate tracks) and choose the consolidate command, maybe from the edit window.
this will make new files at whatever the global tempo, and use the name but add a number etc.
If you open up the clip detail view and click on the the file name it'll show in the Live browser. Then you can right click on the file in the browser and choose "show in finder" or "show in containing folder". Tah dah!

thank you for your help - but i dont know really how to do it with the names. are you talking from session or arrangement view at your last post ? sorry could you explain it with ore details how to "save the names" ? - the "add a number" is not a problem...would be perfect.
thanx!

arrangement view,
select them all
command j --> consolidate (this creates the new files)

Yep. ^
The part u were confused on was something lives internal naming system would handle, adding a number each time as to not create two files with the same name.
