I don't know what to call this music

Post by deHaan » Sun Nov 15, 2009 5:25 pm

Hi there

I've just finished a new track. I don't know which genre it is, but here it is:

http://www.bandbase.com/kravlegaarden/T ... Lyskaeder/

There are a total of 9 song for your link all of which sound like they from a different artist and style. Although I translated the page from Dutch to english, I'm not sure which song you are referring to. Also your link should be all on 1 line and you have an extra "/" on the second line. Kindly send a link directly to the song and not the host's home page and provide more information if you want us to listen.

When I click the link, there's only one song.

Just click the red "play arrow" and the song should play... Doesn't that work?

I only see one "link line" on my computer :?:

My bad! I got it now. I would definitely call it electronic music. I never appreciate a vocal part where I can't understand what is being said but maybe it's in a language other than english and it is being whishpered. A lot of interesting textures and effects going on in the background with a steady rhythm. Very interesting. I enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing.

I'm glad to hear :)

The vocal part is in danish, so that's probably why you don't understand it.

Yep, I like Lyskaeder too.

Some interesting sounds set to music. Let's hear it for people breaking out of the box.

You might like to hear some of mine. I have a thread in the "link your music" page on these forums, would appreciate some comments if you have any.

Here's a link to the music all the same http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default ... dID=944007

Yeah, that's some nice stuff you've got there.

I really like the stereo image in "Back to where we started". But maybe it's a bit too "glitchy" to listen to at four o'clock a.m. So I think I'll go to bed instead

I was just going to post a link to my recent work when your "I don't know what to call it" tag caught my eye. Call it your music. I, like another responsee, would have liked to understand the lyrics. I will listen to more of your work.

I'm glad to hear :) Yeah the lyrics are in danish, so I guess most people in here will not understand them... If you have any comments on the rest of my music, I would love to hear from you :)
