Post by swishniak » Sun Nov 22, 2009 12:17 pm

im flying to nyc tomorrow and need to pick up some audio cable and power adapters (not converters)for my euro machines before my gig. last time i was over there i was extremely disappointed by radio shack (used to be so good!). any other tips on good stores; chains or otherwise. ill be staying up around harlem, but as long as its on manhattan its all good.

i'm pretty sure there is a radio shack in manhattan, i got some cables and similar adapters to what you are after from there
i was staying at 57th street and it was near there - helpful i know!
theres a guitar centre too bought a MOTU ultralite there to when the pound was strong!
thinking about it that was 2005! but its probably still there...
sorry i cant be more use but you should easily be able to find what you need so dont stress

There is an abundance of Radio Shacks. Off the top of my head there was one a block north of Broadway Lafayette (on Broadway) and there was also one on sixth ave, around 6th street. Google and you will know more accurately than I.
