Upgraded to Max Live & Live Suite 8.1 - Crashing On Startup

I just upgraded to Max for Live and downloaded 8.1 Suite. 8.0.9 starts up just fine but 8.1 crashes on start up. I uninstalled Max 5 beta and still crashes.

Trashed my very simple 8.0.9 template and it started up fine. FYI
