Saving status of plugin window with the project
Saving status of plugin window with the project
(Sorry but I could not find this here by means of 'Search'. Also I originally posted this on the beta forum)
Q: Could the states of the plug-in windows be saved with the project please?
When I open an project on which I worked earlier, I have to re-OPEN all the plug-in windows manually, instead of being able to re-SHOW them by means of the useful short-cut ctrl-p.
In my projects I have maybe 20 plugins or more. I know you have to OPEN the windows manually when you start them up (or they are automatically opened on loading, that's an adjustable 'preference') .
From then on, but only during this particular working session, Live remembers which plugins were opened and wil show and hide them all with ctrl-P, for instance 3 out of the 5 plugins that were opened initially.
The point is that this is not saved with the project. I have a shortcut for each track and when I open a project and select a particular track, I want it to SHOW my 6 out of 9 plugins as in the opened state that I left them in 'yesterday', by default - or at least by pressing ctrl-P again.
