Copying between sessions

Sorry guys, simple question: is it possible to copy tracks from one session in one .ALS to another? I've got two half pieces in seperate files which I want to merge into one. Cheers.

you have to find the session file in abletons browers. from there you drag it to the empty spot in arrange view that says "drop files and devices here" you might need to expand the master track to see this.
