use two plugins at the same time in APC 40
Hello
I'm wondering if by any chance it's possible tu use two plugins at the same time in the APC
For example: 2 tracks: but in track 1 i want to cut the bass and at the same time I want to add bass in track 2
So far I can't see how, as I need to switch to one track to the other meaning either i cut both of bass then add the bass and the wanted track
Is there any trick fdor this
thanks in advance

You'd probably have to hard map the plug in controls to the knobs
Simply, Ableton's Midi Map mode

Black Mac Book 2.16 4gigs of Ram > Ableton 7 Suite > Komplete 5 > APC40 > Novation Remote SL25 > Allen and Heath Xone 92 > Korg Kaoscillator

Or you could combine the two tracks into two chains on an instrument rack on a single track, and wire up the macro controls on the rack to the two different VSTs.

You know, that just gave me an idea.
I've wondered myself about the possibility of having more than one channel playing various clips. Lets say 2 channels(djing). But having the ability to control each of them through one single channel (while still being able to eq them separately.. yet within one single macro). And it dawned on me.. I can use the monitor button from a sidechain fx to feed audio from Channel 1 into one layer of a rack and then from Channel 2 into a second layer of the rack. Then I could EQ them both in one channel without having to hard-assign anything

See part 17.7. I suspect the whole of chapter 17 will be worth a read.
