Whilst I dislike PC interference, I equally dislike male vileness out of place.

Ars is perfectly in her right to question users on their dumb sexist comments but then I think she should really shouldn't take it to heart. Allowing something to affect you in such a way is self destructive.

Pass it off as words from kids Ars. You're doing yourself a disservice by trying to change things yourself. How about writing a letter of complaint to Ableton instead.

They've written a code of conduct, it should be down to them to enforce it, not you.

2 i never said you did anything to her. i said your apology was half hearted because you were only sorry that it might have bothered me. you were not sorry for the message itself that was perfecly clear in the way u worded it

Personally I think it's stupid and gross to jizz on a sleeping girlfriend (unless she's into it) and I was horrified to learn of Soulja Boy's Crank Dat tune that mentions "superman that ho". It's not even close to the same category as rape though. I don't think that whining on internet forums about it is the way to deal with it. Make a song about it if it really means that much to you!
