Hej Live-användare i Malmö!

Idag känner jag mig riktigt ambitiös och full av framtidstilltro.
Bandet jag spelar gitarr i har lagts på is tillvidare och jag är lite sugen på att börja med nåt i dess ställe...

Tänkte höra mig för om det finns intresse för att bedriva en Live-studiecirkel på Studiefrämjandet (eller dylikt)
i Malmö.

Naturligtvis finns typ allt man behöver på nätet för att lära sig massor i form av tutorials och diskussionsforum osv
men själv skulle jag tycka det skulle vara kul att träffas en gång i veckan och utbyta tips och trix, inte
minst för den sociala bitens skull.

Grundtanken skulle vara att vi själva håller "föreläsningar" för varandra en gång i veckan. Dvs vi kommer lära
av varandra - en helt community-baserad studiecirkel alltså utan någon direkt "huvudlärare". Vare sig du är
nybörjare, DJ, producent och/eller musiker så finns det säkert massor av kul grejer vi kan hitta på.

Vad tycker du om detta? Värt att satsa på? Ska vi ta det vidare?

Om tillräckligt många är intresserade kanske vi till och med kan söka stöd/bidrag för att finansiera både skollicenser av
Live samt Macbooks att köra det på? Vi kanske rent av kommer få möjlighet att bjuda in gästföreläsare etc. Alla idéer är välkomna för hur man skulle kunna
dra igång nåt sånt här!

Föreställ er hur mycket kunskap/idéer det finns att utbyta. Kanske leder det hela till många spännande samarbeten mellan musikmakare
i Malmö med omnejd?

Hoppas det finns fler än jag som är sugna! Hade vart sjukt kul om det skulle bli en grej av detta.
Än så länge är det bara några löst sammansatta idéer som sagt. Vill helt enkelt se om det finns fler som skulle
vara intresserade.

Hey Live users in Malmo!

Today, I feel really ambitious and full of confidence in the future.
The band I play guitar in has been put on hold until further notice and I am a bit fancy to start with something in its place ...

Did hear me because if there is interest in pursuing a Live Study of Study Promotion (or similar)
in Malmo.

Of course there type everything you need online to learn a lot in the form of tutorials and discussion forums, etc.
but I myself would think it would be fun to meet once a week and exchange tips and tricks, not
at least for the sake of social you bite.

The idea would be that we ourselves are "lectures" to each other once a week. That is, we will learn
of each other - a totally community-based study group, therefore, no direct "head teacher". Whether you are
beginners, DJ, producer and / or musicians, there's certainly lots of fun stuff we can think of.

What do you think of this? Worth going for? Shall we take it further?

If enough people are interested maybe we even can apply for funding / grants to fund both school certificates of
Live and Macbooks to run it on? Maybe we even will have the opportunity to invite guest lecturers, etc. All ideas are welcome on how to
to launch something like this!

Imagine how much knowledge / ideas there to share. Perhaps it all leads to many exciting collaborations between music makers
in Malmö and the surrounding area?

Hope there is more than I who are hungry! Had any sick fun if there would be a thing of this.
So far, only a few loose ideas as saying. Simply want to see if there are more who would
be interested.

For me personally, I'm not all that interested. I'm a bit of a loner when it comes to music making.

But it's a good idea, sure.

But I do think, even though this is directed towards Swedish people, that conversation on the forum should be so everyone can understand. In english, that is.

good point! sorry everyone for breaking the forum rules =)
well what my post in swedish above boils down to is basicly that i would like to
see if there is an interest to have a get together for all ableton users in malmö in the southern of sweden.
the idea is to have workshops etc and meet people that are alike say one night a week.

All though I'm Danish, I live semi-close to Malmö in a little outback community 9 Mil (Swedish miles) North East of you (close to Kristianstad!), and besides my upbringing I do speak 85% fluent Swedish
I have done a few lectures in Live at the John Bauer Gymnasium in Malmö and are participating in a few workshops in Denmark soon.
For me once a week is not possible, due to job, family and so on, but if you need someone to stop by and show the APC40 and other tricks of Live,I'd be happy to.

we call ourselves "Malmö Ableton Live User Group"

we are about six users so far ranging from complete beginners to experienced producers/mucisians signed on major labels!!!
