I don't know. This a word some people use (in some french speaking forums) on subjects they're interested in.
You have nothing to say, the subject makes you happy with your hands, you want to know more but you don't have time to read it for the moment, and you don't have time to find something to say with your brain because you say things with your mouth, but you're not speaking, you are communicating alone using your fingers, you didn't eat because you can't cook an egg on a laptop... : you're stupid.
