Cannot get the Beta to work

I have purchased the Live 8 online...

I entered in the correct serial number and i can't even get this serial number for my current live 8 to be added into my online account. Please help.
macbook 2.16ghz, Intel Core 2 Duo
2 GB SDRAM
Leopard 10.5.2
