Saving a specific effect chain from a track as a preset

Post by LasseMunk » Thu Dec 10, 2009 12:40 pm

Hi Forum
I've sampled an old keyboard, which i play from a drum rack in ableton, with each note on a drum pad. Now i've tweaked the sound using some different audioeffects.
I want to use this specifik drum rack, and these specific audioeffects (with the settings now in them), in another session. How do I save my sound, and the effects in one preset, to load in another session?

Hi LasseMunk,

select all devices in the chain, right-click and choose "group" to create a rack. You can save a preset for this rack.
