Nocturn driving me crazy by mapping same value to all button

I have a Nocturn and I basically can't use it, because whatever I do, it maps the same value (say resonance) to all the buttons so:

I move the resonance button on the screen, touch the novation button 1, it is mapped.

I move the cutoff button on the screen, touch the novation button 2, it now has 2 buttons mapped on resonance.

And it goes like that with all buttons, sometimes it doesn't even map anything, it maps a value called NT128(g8)

Any advice?

yeah mine used to have that and then every new software update it got less, wrote to Novation about it they never really found what caused it, probably some hardware thing with the way they scan the ncoders, oh I had a Noctrurn that had it really bad & took it back to the shop. It hardly happens anymore, maybe take it back?

Make sure your not hitting the "learn" button on accident. I managed to do this afew times playing out with the Nocturn.

I think he's talking about what I had - you touch an encoder and it spazzes out and assigns all encoders.
Friggin un-useful.

Yeah, it's similar with Syncro's problem, however warranty is finished, mayb I write to Novation to replace it, it's mint and I still hav the box
