Isolating the right/left channel (very easy question)

Hey guys,

Just got Ableton - zero experience.

I'm sampling a clip for a one-shot and I want to sample only the right channel.

What's the best way of going about doing this?

Adding the Utility effect to the channel, Utility allows you to choose which channel, or phase combination of channels you want to hear.
