Latest bugfix beta: Live 8.1.1b5! Release candidate!

Hi folks,

we just released another beta version of the next bugfix update, Live 8.1.1b5
This is also the release candidate.
Every Suite 8 and Live 8 full version owner can use that beta.

Still crashes some of my tracks...b5 didn`t fix it for me atleast...

ok, I think its not abletons fault but the "parameter sequencer" from maxforlive.com that seems to be bad with this new version of either live or max 5.1.1.

Does this also fix the invalid product id problem in the latest download of live 8.1.
At the moment i can not open up my last recording session since downloading this update.
Any else having this problem, with the new release.

They fixed it with the first beta.

A particular Live set could not be loaded and would lead to a 'Invalid Product ID Error' message. [6165]

Added Melodyne to some sound recordings I had made.

Crash. . .

I'll report back if I have the same problem with all of the other VSTi's that have been crashing live 8.1

I have been reporting bugs and sending stuff back (crash logs and the alp files) so I had high hopes for this one. . .

Did anyone see any improvement as far as random crashes go? I had my first one yesterday (8.1);
I didn't lose any overly important work over it, but a crash like that doesn't inspire me to get
into serious production mode.

can you use the beta with the 30 day - free ableton license you get with the demo? i made a track using the latest demo version, and now i get the 'invalid product key' error (this is version 8.1). when i download the latest beta, i can see the track load, but i am not authorised!! this is poor, how am i meant to make use of this demo within 30 days, if i can't open the tracks. this is again convincing me not to move from to ableton 8.
