Help Please! APC scene launch problem!!!

OK, finally got around to installing my APC 40 yesterday...I LOVE it! Here's my problem - when I toggle from scene to scene using the APC, it only plays THE FIRST BAR of all related clips, then loops back to the 1:1:1. If I do the same scene launch using the MOUSE, Live acts normally and plays all respective tracks in their entirety. Thanks!
