Copy clip envelopes?

If I have a clip with envelopes automating several different MIDI CCs at once, is there a way to copy all of those envelopes at once to another clip?

Audio.. make a copy of the clip/track and drag the new audio file from the browser directly into the clip veiw window.. The sound source will change the clip automation wont.
Midi.. simply copy the clip/track and re-work the midi notes.

Hi.. I'm obviously not understanding your problem if the two options posted above doesn't solve it..
