I was just thinking I didn't produce anything worth a shit in 2009. I guess this thread is worth mentioning. Any ideas on how to market it?

When people say hip hop or rap, they really mean black right?

Of the gigs I've organized over the past year, the only time I had any problems was when we had a DJ playing hip-hop. I'm taking broken chairs, tables, people getting into fights and TAGS ON MY SPEAKERS.

Suffice to say I will never work with hip hop artists in future...

hell no! it's very real

we got some of those in our neighborhood too. We also got these neighbors who like to blast sinatra and martin while sipping cheap wine on their porch. it becomes a mob-fest when these scary looking fat men in jogging suits start showing up 2 and 3 at a time. friggin annoying as hell. That is until my other neighbor starts blasting his reggaeton like he's trying to outdo the other. before you know it the front of his house is lined with booty shaking latinas hanging on blinged-out dudes yelling some foreign crap. But that only encourages bubba over across the way, who's a bit strange with a crazy look in his eye and always with a big-ass dixie flag flying from the back of his pickup. that's when the billy ray shit starts up... OMG! I hate this neighborhood

hey how come when a rock band trashes a hotel room it's cooooL, fuckin raaaad, so gnaaarly and totally awesome, I hate hiphop, dope dealers, and misogyny as much as the next guy but I absolutely love me some good ole sex drugs and rock & roll fuck yeah. and what's with all those big but half naked chicks shakin their butts all over the place in those rap videos...ewwwww I can't stand that crap, booty in the pool, booty in the club, booty booty booty everywhere rappers are lowlife misogynistic drug users, and on top of all that, their black, except for the white ones their cool i love it when whiteboys get jiggy cause it's different, but back to the videos man why can't rappers make videos with no misogyny like half naked bimbos humping motorcycles or humping guitars you know, it's much more respectful and everybody is white.
now put your fingers in the air c'mon...c'mon.... bang your head.
