i recorded couple of sets and after export audio' the volume is not quite normal low then the average
how can i adjust the volume after i recorded? and how to prevent cases with low volume like that ?

Take a look into mixing and mastering (as a whole subject)
Tarekieth's guides are excellent....No links on me right now though should be easy to find on here or google.
This 'mixing mastering' process is standard practise in audio production so not a fault with Ableton Live.
