MIDI ranges to launchpad

Hi - I'd like to map some midi ranges to my launchpad to control the dry/wet controls in Buffer shuffler. However I'm having a problem. I open the midi map and select one of the dials and then press the two buttons in the top left and right of the launchpad in user 1 mode. This sort of works except that when I try it, I get either very low or very high percentages with nothing in between. Is there something I should be doing differently?

Hey there, you have to hold in the 1st button while pressing the 2nd button in, so hold in top left then press top right, then let go, you can also do this vertically and have midi mappings " clash" , wicked effect, control minimum and maximum values for the mapping in the global midi controller options.
