Midi Arp Effect + midi note ---> into just midi notes/ How?

If I have a synth playing a midi sequence with a midi effect (in this case an arpeggiator) now can I convert the notes and effect to just midi notes?

Moreover, so I can take away the midi effect and edit the notes direcly.

You’ll need to record the output of your midi track to another one.

I’m not in front of Live at the moment so one of these steps could be wrong.

Create a new midi track.
Change the input of the midi track (the drop downs above the mixer) to the output of your previous track
Arm the track
Start the track with the Arp on it.
Click record in your new midi track.
Drag the clip from the new midi track to the old one
Delete your arpegiator.

The notes will be in the clip you moved.
