Note Mode lets you use the button grid for playing MIDI notes instead of launching Session View clips.

When you can update the mapping mode. I want when i change my presets in Virus Control the maped nobs on APC40 auto change and this thing today not happen with apc40.

All shits are with max for live but is very expensive 250€

200€ for the ableton update+440€ for apc40 and now to do some things with it we have to pay 250 more €€

check out NativeKontrol, the guy programmed a Scales mode, which lets you use your apc40 as a keyboard.
and also has a drum racks mode, chords mode, etc...
