Changing the knobs on the APC
Changing the knobs on the APC
I thought about replacing some of the knobs on the apc to make the most important ones stand out. Lets me focus on the music instead of worrying about turning the right knob..
Has anyone done this?
Is it just to pull them of?
Where can I find new knobs that fit?
Anyone?

Yes, I tried it.. But when using several controllers on stage, small color codes doesnt quite do the trick..3phase wrote:i just used some colored dot stickers

They just pull off. spraying/painting them a different colour is the easiest route. You can also separate the top of the knob from the bottom, with a paperclip, when you take it off you'll see how - there's a small hole inside that you can push the top off through, so you could make the bottom a different colour than the top if you wanted to.
I made my APC40 white, and sprayed the faders and knob caps grey.

Re: Changing the knobs on the APC
that does look nice, but those wood blocks are way to bulky.
