Need More Drumsets

I recently installed Live v4.1, and now I have lost almost all of my drumsets for Impulse. Since I have already trashed Live v4.0, how do I get these drumsets back?

You can download the full update from the "upgrade" section of the main Ableton site. It's 85 megs, and includes lots of kits.

Alternatively, check out hollowsun.com for a plethora of vintage synth and drum hits. Build your own kits!

Also, what do you mean by downloading the "Full Update" from the Ableton site? I downloaded the full 4.1 update, not the demo. Was I supposed to retain any of my old files from 4.0?
