Where are my sampler presets?

Hi dear unknown specialist,

I just purchased and installed Live 8.1. When I go to sampler in the Folders "Synthetic Winds" down to "Synth Rhythmic" there aren't any presets listed.

I downloaded Samplification. It's nice. I use the download version of LIVE. I wonder, do you have presets listed in the folders "Synthetic Winds" down to "Synth Rhythmic"?

Look in the download section, possibly under Live 7 or even 6 to get the packs to install for Sampler. That's what I ended up doing recently.

Nothing apart from the Samplification presets.

http://www.ableton.com/pages/downloads/ ... ks/archive I installed this before with no adverse effects. That's why I said to look at the older releases areas (archive). It shouldn't hurt anything to my knowledge and has not affected my installation.

Tried that.
Perhaps those are for the Instruments collection which is not available via download version. Oh well, I'll just delete them then.

Did you get the Suite version or just Live 8? I didn't notice. You should have had option down snag the full 1.x Gb if it was the suite. I always have gotten the full deal so I just installed the sampler kits I pointed you to. They installed and I had the presets there. Otherwise sent mail to support to better answer your question.

Hmm, you didn't move your library around did you? Did you create a new library then install the instruments from the DVD's? If so you should have the presets for it. I'd mail the abe's and see what they suggest.
