In live 4.1.1
When you rename a track, and then start recording into it, the name of the first thing that you record uses the old track name. I have been able to reproduce this several times... I'll make sure to pay closer attention to the steps necessary to create this situation in the future.

i've noticed this as well. it goes like so:
-if you rename a track and the arm it, the recorded clips are named with the new name.
-if you arm a track and then rename it, the recorded clips still have the old name.
-if you arm a track, then rename it, then de-arm it and arm it again, the recorded clips will have the new name.
i've noticed this for a while now... don't know why i never though to report it before.
