A couple of questions

Hi guys, Just getting into using Live for live performance and I have a couple of questions. Firstly, is there a "stop/pause at locator" option for the arrange window in live? Also, are you able to set multiple time signatures within an audio clip? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

1. This feature doesn´t exit so far.
2. In the arrangement, yes - just insert signature changes with the "create" menu entry.
In the Session: no - there you can set signature changes per scene.

If you just want to pause the track or clip and continue where you stopped, after stopping press the shift + spacebar to continue where you left off. If you wish to start at a particular location always, just place the play marker at the location in the track or clip and press the space bar.

Is it possible to program (midi) a footswitch to have the effect of shift-space (to carry on in the arrange window from where we stop)?

I have an FCB1010 that I can stop the arrange window with but not restart. In a church service we want to do maybe 2-3 songs together automatically in the arrange window then pause at a pre-defined spot, then start off where we left off with another couple of songs. All this with a footswitch if possible.

I know I could set locators to a footswitch but that relies on remembering which locator to pick up from with again. It'd be cool to be able to just have a simple "pause" facility.
