Midi Effect/Plug-in for changing pitch in Cents

Is there any midi effect or plug-in that you can change pitch in cent steps in live?

You can do this by automating the fine parameter of your synth or sampler.

Midi note ons are only in whole notes, so that's what you get. However, midi does support pitch bend messages, so you could use that.
