The document "9.als" appears to be corrupt !!!!!!!

i was working at project 9 for the last couple of days..everything was ok until today...by mistake i touch the reset buton on my comp while ableton was running.... after restart when i tried to load the project again it didnt work. - The document "9.als" appears to be corrupt - that's the message i get when i tried to load my old project......it is an very important tune of mine and i dont wanna to loose'it.

Hi tONKPROJECT,

you could send me this file (just the .als) but the chances to repair it are really low. Because pressing the Reset-button the computer makes an shutdown and every action of any running program is immediately interrupted.
