Re: Tea
Oh I'm sure it's going to be an experience all right, we're doing two days in New York first then flying down to New Orleans, neither of us have ever been to the States before so I'm prepared for lots of new experiences. Whore houses and strip joints were not on our 'to do' list, but when you factor Neb into the equation........................cripes i hope the missis doesn't read this!ThrowAway wrote: Martyn-It will be an experience that is truly unique in the states. Enjoy!! If your girl likes art there are tons of great tiny local galleries to explore, dont miss the body art photog one. If she likes to gamble sit her down in harrahs for a few hours and do the boys thing.

Re: Tea
no problem cannot be solved with a cup of tea and a sitdown.
true story I used to drink my domestic tea with 2 sugar until my wife fell pregnant. then the thought of sugar in my tea made me feel sick.
domestic tea with milk
earl grey with or without milk.
spiced chi with sugar
the fruit ones are good when you snag them from a hotel room.

How odd, like a sympathy cravings type thing?
I used to take sugar in my tea until about 5 years ago, when a mate said that 'If you go a whole day without sugar in your tea, you'll never need to put it in again.' Thinking this was utter BS I gave it a go, and true enough after a day I'd completely adapted to it.

Why, do you have a strong mental association with sugar and semen?the_antagonist wrote:no problem cannot be solved with a cup of tea and a sitdown.

Re: Tea
I enjoy the occasional green tea, oolong, fancy black tea blends etc, but for day to day you can't beat just a standard cup of tea. Pour boiling water in the cup with the teabag, let it sit there for a couple of minutes, take out the bag, add a wee drop of milk, there you go
And no sugar please, what a way to ruin a good cup of tea (or coffee for that matter)...
