Hi,
New Ableton user, please don’t panic!!! I’ve been producing music for a number of years now using the program Buzz Machines. I’ve always been put off the idea of Ableton, as I always perceived it as very mainstream! But now I’ve finally got my hands on it, I’ve totally changed my mind. It is brilliant.
Just a quick question;
I’m trying to blend a handful of my mp3/wavs into one long song – so they all flow as one (think Pink Floyd).
I’ve dragged them into arrangement view and fiddled with the fades etc (which are brilliantly simple!).
But Ableton seems to want to run the whole thing at the same BPM. But as they are different tracks, separated by ambient/random sounds, I want them to run at their native BPM. Is there a way of doing this? I hope I’ve explained this well enough?
Any help much appreciated!

I don't know if I get this right but I think you should turn off Warp mode on each song...

Turn off Warp in all clips. In Arrangement Mode, in the Master Channel, you are able to edit the tempo track. Draw the Tempo Track to match the bpm of the samples you want to use, along the space you want to use them in.
