Live stops responding

Quite often I will have the problem of live not responding and closing. Here is the info from the error report:

Error signature:

Error Report Contents

Does any of this mean anything to you? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am using a gateway laptop with win xp

send the log file to ableton support . in windows click start then run, type drwtsn32.exe then view the log file and send it to ableton..

i saw your other posts, there is a cd out to help with live 4 , here is the link

Thanx I think Ill give that cd a try.
I sent support the error message that i got. hopefully they will get back to me soon.
