DP 4.52 + LIVE 4 PROBLEM...Can anyone help this NEWBY!!!

I have a composition in Dp 4.5 and I would like to route an audio (vocal) track out of DP and into Live. I am fascinated by its warp features and I would like to apply them to the vocal track. Can this be done? How do I do it? I've gone thru my preferences (dp + live) and everything seems to be correct....any help/suggestions would be really welcomed. I'm using a MOTU traveler as my interface.

Are you sure DP can slave to Live...I'm pretty sure it's only the other way around. Could be wrong though...
