[mma] Since Live 8 I have huge automation problems

Since version 8 I have automation problems every day. I cannot exactly explain what Live is doing except Live is resetting plugin settings if I move audio or midi region in the arrangement. so i made two screenshots to explain my problem:

before (everything is fine):

you see there is a midi region and there are no automation settings.

now I dublicate this region via copy & past:

you see, Live is doing something with my automation. before I had no automation on this track, and now this.

And Live is not only "creating" one automation, please look at that:

Live has has changed all my plugin settings. Live is doing that very often. sometimes on audio, sometimes on midi. what is wrong with my Live 8?

Which version of Live do you use exactly? Is it 8.1.0?

We fixed a bug concerning automations poping up under certain circumstances (#6465). I'd suggest trying out the current time limited beta 8.1.2b5 which includes a huge amount of fixes http://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=136947 to check if it fixes also your problem.
