Help a semi-n00b, probubly easy solution

Post by Repthe508 » Sat Feb 20, 2010 4:30 pm

hey guys so i was wondering if u could help me with something?

i want to use a vocal track for a song, but i only want to use one side of the stereo waveform. When i pan it it does what i want it to do, but it only comes out of one speaker. If I try and route the audio and record only the left side, it still records only the left side..

help me out please

alex

put a utility effect in the track.
it has: mute dc in the upper part
then gain
then a menu with: LEFT - RIGHT - STEREO - SWAP. here, put left or right as needed. it then outputs through both speakers. that's it!
