changing the drum rack/simpler template

so i think i remember seeing a post on here a few weeks ago about how to save a simpler template and in the process replace the standard one. did a few searches and didnt have any luck its starting to really annoy me having to bring the velocity level up on each instance of simpler that occurs when i drag new samples into drum racks.

i know i could just save a template live set with the drum rack in there set up the way i need it, but i would like to be able to just drag a drum rack into any set and have a couple simplers in there with the velocity to 100%. was it just my imagination or is this possible?

Save the your Simpler preset in Library - Defaults - Dropping Samples - Drum Rack.
