a Ableton Live -"Sessionview only" Version
a Ableton Live -"Sessionview only" Version
For those people, like me, who dont & wont use the arrangment/sequencer part of Live. Who produce their tracks in Cubase/Logic/Samplitude ect and use Live only for liveacts and nothing else.
Re: a Ableton Live -"Sessionview only" Version
why don´t you just don´t switch to the arrangeview? just ignore it and you have a session only version.
Re: a Ableton Live -"Sessionview only" Version
pop the Tab key off your keyboard. Done.
Or, if you prefer, send me your keyboard, a self addressed stamped keyboard sized envelope and 20 bucks. I'll pop the tab key off for you. Done.*
*please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Do you use your girlfriend's tampons because they're there?

Re: a Ableton Live -"Sessionview only" Version
that's true but: no arrangmentview -> less programmcode -> less errors usw... and finaly less wasted money. today i pay for a programm that is also a sequencer but i will NEVER use Live that way. this programpart is totally useless for me...Saxer wrote:why don´t you just don´t switch to the arrangeview? just ignore it and you have a session only version.

I heard that Live has most issues in Session view.

programming rule nr. 1: if you don't do it, you don't know it.bbb wrote:that's true but: no arrangmentview -> less programmcode -> less errors usw... and finaly less wasted money. today i pay for a programm that is also a sequencer but i will NEVER use Live that way. this programpart is totally useless for me...Saxer wrote:why don´t you just don´t switch to the arrangeview? just ignore it and you have a session only version.
hint: "special versions" means more management, more special cases, more testing, more verification, MORE code, MORE errors. and finally, HIGHER COST overall.
the way it is, is the best way.
